Fixed Term Contract/Secondment Opportunity for 12 months | £22,349 to £24,054 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich


The arranging of care plays a pivotal role in Adult Social Care, and with an ageing population, this has never been more important.


The Brokerage Service is a highly professional operation within Adult Social Services, that aims to source care and complete contracts for Norfolk's adults.


This is an exciting phase within the Brokerage Service, and to help us deliver a high-quality service we are looking to recruit professional, hard-working, personable and organised individuals.

Ensuring a high level of accuracy, while delivering contractual care and support that meets an individual's needs.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality Customer Service while delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


You will be responsible for contractual quality control, interpreting data, managing complex issues, while enabling providers to invoice within given timescales.

Knowledge of Social Services would be an advantage.

We here looking for Contracts Officers to cover both during the week and weekend cover over 5 days. Weekend working is entitled to premium enhancements.
