- Have prior experience at Marketing Manager level and a demonstrated history of leading strategy.
- Have both B2B and (ideally) B2C marketing experience
- Be comfortable planning fully integrated campaigns and working with multiple internal teams to execute
- Have experience using data and insight to monitor and improve campaigns
- Be comfortable producing a broad and varied marketing plan incorporating, Social, POS, Digital, Insight, PR and Merchandising.
