The Company


Due to continued growth and success, this international law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join them.

Having also won an award for Best Law Firm for Legal Tech, we are now delighted to support the recruitment of a Change Management Lead to lead the firm's change management capability in order to successfully embed a centre of excellence for change management across the change team and firm as a whole.


Key Responsibilities of the Change Management Lead

  • Accountability for defining and embedding a change management centre of excellence across the firm, including associated methodologies and approaches that are fit for purpose for the company
  • Responsibility for advising the Director of Change and the International Change Board on any portfolio wide opportunities or risks associated with change management
  • Accountability for the design, development and implementation of change management activities required to ensure the entire portfolio of change is able to deliver successfully.
  • Taking ownership of a portfolio wide change impact assessment
  • Providing advice on amends on the phasing, timing & shape of the integrated portfolio roadmap to give it the best chance of successful delivery
  • Individual ownership of change management activities on specific programmes and projects as determined by business need
  • Acting as an advisor on best practice and ambassador for change management across the firm

Skills & Attributes of the Change Management Lead

  • Proven experience of shaping and delivering complex change management steams for transformation programmes with clientcentric mindset
  • Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) qualifications preferred
  • Experience within the professional services or legal sector
  • Experience in defining and implementing a structured methodology to deliver change management activities, including conducting change impact assessments and developing change management strategies
  • A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda
  • Ability to manage and influence a complex stakeholder landscape (including csuite level) in order to successfully deliver sustainable change
  • The ability to build and manage a high performing team and to create a sense of community amongst the often disparate members of the project teams
  • Previous line management experience would be an advantage but is not essential
