    Block & Estate Manager - Company:
    Our client is a leading property services group operating in London.

    They offer a comprehensive range of property services, including block management, commercial / residential (build to rent) and financial services.

    Managing a vast portfolio of residential and commercial units across most of London, they are committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity.


    Block & Estate Manager - Responsibilities:

    • Setting and managing of service charge budgets in conjunction with each client's requirements
    • Attend Snagging meeting when taking on a new or existing building that may come into a client's portfolio
    • Liaising with contractors on maintenance tasks to get quotes, organise works and coordinate access
    • Liaising with Clients, freeholders and Estate Managers on maintenance or other site related issues
    • Block & Estate Manager - Person Profile:
    • Block & Estate Management experience essential, within agency or client side.
    • Experience setting & managing complex service charge budgets.
    • Block & Estate Manager - Package:
    • Salary: £45,000 with a £5,000 bonus scheme.
    • Based in Central London with travel to BTR sites.
