- Setting and managing of service charge budgets in conjunction with each client's requirements
- Attend Snagging meeting when taking on a new or existing building that may come into a client's portfolio
- Liaising with contractors on maintenance tasks to get quotes, organise works and coordinate access
- Liaising with Clients, freeholders and Estate Managers on maintenance or other site related issues
- Block & Estate Manager - Person Profile:
- Block & Estate Management experience essential, within agency or client side.
- Experience setting & managing complex service charge budgets.
- Block & Estate Manager - Package:
- Salary: £45,000 with a £5,000 bonus scheme.
- Based in Central London with travel to BTR sites.
