Our client is looking for someone who is able to offer enhanced levels of technical support and who has the ability to scope and design networks.
support to their IT Helpdesk as well as Projects Architecture and Implementation. Working commercial experience in a similar IT role.A good attitude with a genuine interest in IT.
A Full UK driving license.
Be flexible and willing to travel.
A good understanding of computer hardware i.e.
Experience with repairs such as troubleshooting computers that will not power on, storage issues and broken laptop screens would be an advantage.
Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 including OS installation.JAMF or other MDM platforms.
Office 365 Administration Skills.
Antivirus Software.
Microsoft Office.
Installing and troubleshooting software applications.
Windows Server.
