Operations Executive - 2 days per week

LAH Property Marketing provides property-savvy Front-of-house receptionist in commercial offices across the UK.


We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Executive, to work 2 days a week, supporting the regional management team in Bristol and the surrounding area.


The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in the coordination and support of our regional operations, acting as a crucial link between LAH and our valued clients.

This dynamic position entails providing remote and mobile-based resources, offering essential site cover, administration, and project support to the Regional Management team, as well as lending assistance to LAH reception teams within the region.

Hours and Salary
2 days per week, with flexibility based on reception cover or emergency requests (approximately 8 hours per day)

Working days are Monday, plus one other week day which can be agreed at interview (16 hours per week)

£11,897 per annum (equivalent to £29,744 for full time role)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Site Cover Assistance:_
  • Provide temporary reception cover within the region as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Locations
  • Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham
  • Attend necessary training sessions to effectively step into reception roles across the region
  • Documents and Processes:_
  • Manage LAH Site Notes, liaising with reception teams to ensure accuracy and updates
  • Create and maintain a Site/Key Contact list for the region
  • Review and update Site Visit Checklists
  • Maintain sharing access and updates for new starters/leavers
  • Undertake general housekeeping and administrative maintenance of regional files
  • Management System:_
  • Use the scheduling system to ensure timely logging of bank holidays and absences, including sickness
  • Follow up on sickness forms and returntowork meetings for absences
  • Health and Safety:_
  • Track RAMS for each site and manage outstanding or annual review requirements
  • Issue annual RAMS/DSE forms to sites and manage their return
  • Maintain H&S documents, including fire evacuation and accident reporting checklists
  • Site Activity/Events:_
  • Assist in managing the critical path for monthly pop ups / events
  • Support reception teams with formatting and content for weekly newsletters
  • Proofread weekly reports generated by each site
  • Communication and Training:_
  • Train receptionists in platform usage and monitor participation
  • Coordinate training and attendance for courses such as First Aid and inhouse LAH Academy training
  • Head Office:_
  • Liaise regularly with your Ops team and Head Office Administrators to stay updated on administration procedures
  • Ensure order sheets and purchases are accurate and authorised
  • Site Visits:_
  • Conduct site visits independently or accompany your Operations/Regional Manager
  • Gain exposure to the Ops/Regional Manager's role and leadership skills during site visits, enhancing personal development
