About the Role:

As the
L&D Accreditation Assessor, you'll be diving into a fresh and quickly expanding segment of the business. Your primary responsibility? Accrediting organisations' learning by meticulously assessing digital skills and IT training programmes against specific standards.


You will:

  • Review training provider documentation in readiness for interviews.
  • Engage directly with organisations, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Deliver unbiased assessments, offering clear grading recommendations.
  • Craft detailed, constructive written feedback in accordance with the assessment criteria.
  • Report directly to the Regulation and Standards Manager, ensuring quality and consistency.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: You've previously been involved in assessment and standardisation, have familiarity with standards, Awarding Bodies, and have been committed to upholding professional standards.

Communication: Your written and verbal skills are second-to-none, and you're adept at breaking down complex information into clear, concise reports.

Qualifications: A degree (or equivalent) is desirable. If you hold or are working towards a qualification in quality and assessment, that's a bonus

Special Qualities: You understand the technical language, have up-to-date digital knowledge, and are aware of UK Qualification regulatory requirements.

  • 15minute phone call to explore the role further.
  • Online screening interview.
  • Inperson meeting (Dates TBC).
