**Account Manager (Inbound)
Are you a customer service professional, who would like to move into a senior role, where you will utilise your skills and experience to be the first point of contact for all clients, whilst enjoying being an extension to the wider sales team?
Maybe you already have some soft sales experience, and would enjoy the relationship building elements an Account Manager is responsible for?**
Basis Salary: £24k - £27k

The Role:

Our client is looking for a friendly, self-motivated and driven individual, who enjoys relationship building and using their customer service and natural communication ability to maintain existing client relationships, and through communication will recogniseupselling opportunities.

You will need to be highly organised, and enjoy motivating yourself with your own individual targets whilst also helping the team reach their goals.

You will need to possess a happy and professional telephone manner, and enjoy all elements of inbound and outbound calls, have regular contact with your accounts, whilst providing all associated administration.

Your ideas will be greatly received, so you will also be able to develop your interest and knowledge whilst in the role, and also help with marketing campaigns to achieve greater results.

The Individual:

Inbound / outbound telephone experience
Previous customer service / call centre or accounts handling / sales experience
The role could also interest someone from a face to face insurance broker background
Be IT proficient
Have a friendly and happy personality and keen to work as part of a team
