Are you a skilled Building Surveyor, with expertise in social housing?

Conduct thorough property inspections to assess technical defects and instances of disrepair.
preparing detailed Housing Conditions reports.
Provide comprehensive technical assistance to the legal team for disrepair or legal claims.
Obtain quotes for repairs and specialised tasks, adhering to financial regulations and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Previous experience in building maintenance surveying, backed by a relevant degree or equivalent construction-related qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with maintenance management software.
Experience with managing social housing maintenance contracts
Possess a valid full driving license.
Social housing background.
