    Are you an experienced and passionate leader who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people who need care and support at home? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Care in the Home business as our Managing Director.

    You will be responsible for c 300 clients, 1000+ colleagues and report into the Chief Operating Officer of the Group.

    As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our care operations, from developing and implementing our strategic vision and business plan, to ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients and their families. You will also lead and motivate our team of managers and care workers, ensuring they have the skills, resources and support they need to provide excellent service and achieve our goals. You will drive regulatory compliance, and the commercial, financial and regulatory agenda in this business.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or a similar senior management position in the care at home sector
  • A strong understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements for home care services
  • A strategic mindset and excellent business acumen, with the ability to plan, execute and monitor the performance of our business
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • A compassionate and caring attitude, with a commitment to our values and vision.
