- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience on Low Voltage electrical distribution and PLC control equipment and associated control signals.
- Possess an electrical qualification (apprenticeship or NVQ level 3) with an excellent working knowledge of electrical control systems.
- Possess a sound understanding of process instrumentation control systems.
- CompEx Inspection Certificate Ex01 to Ex04.
- Experience of HV switching and operation would be an advantage.
- Previous experience of working in hazardous areas, preferably the oil and gas industry
- Identifying, scheduling, carrying out and the recording of planned and corrective maintenance checks and repairs
- Carrying out the routine servicing of various types of electrical, electronic, and electrical control equipment such as distribution panels, motors, controllers, starters etc.
- Reporting of all maintenance activities into the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of ATEX equipment in hazardous areas.
- Maintaining of all site services in good working order and applicable to safe working practices
