Listgrove has been retained by a specialist manufacturer of materials that serve the insulation, civil engineering and packaging sectors.
They are now seeking an experienced General Manager to make the following role their own:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the business, reporting directly into the European Board Oslo.
This role will require someone who is at home with commercial & operational management, this includes; departmental oversight (production, engineering / technical, transport, sales) and P&L management.
This is a stand-alone role and you are expected to operate as a true G.M. with little support at a Group level.Sites are located in Scotland and Northamptonshire.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be located within travelling distance from Northamptonshire and will be required to visit Scotland on a fortnightly basis.
