An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Accountant to join a successful and growing Accounting practise based in Ilford.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to succeed within a professional environment and is enthusiastic to work withina company in which to progress.


Job role:


  • Training to become a fully rounded accountant with exposure to each department including: Accounts, Audit, Payroll, Bookkeeping and company legal aspects
  • Audit fieldwork as part of an audit team
  • Aim within 12 months simple limited company accounts and tax can be prepared
  • Involvement with direct clients

Salary/Benefits:


  • Circa £20k + Full study support package including paid courses and study leave
  • 6 monthly reviews whilst a trainee
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + Additional 3 duvet days a year

Requirements:


  • Excellent English both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous
  • Must be highly enthusiastic and selfmotivated
  • Can work as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to drive would be useful
  • Good at following processes
