As Senior Early Years Practitioner it will be your role ensure that all children receive highest level of care, kindness, attention and education whilst attending our cosy, calm and nurturing nurseries.

Your role will primarily be to ensure the individual needs of the children are identified and met along with building positive working relationships with the children, staff, parents and carers.

You will also be able to fully implement the Nanny Bears Ethos is to a high standard within the setting.

You will be qualified to level 3 qualification in Childcare with relevant experience.


Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -

  • Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
  • Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
  • Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role
  • Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a closeknit family
  • Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
