Warehouse Operative

Location:
Stockton


Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 per annum


Type:
Permanent


Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm


Imperial Professionals are working exclusively with one of our key clients who are a global organisation based in Stockton, They are looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to work closely with the Supply Chain Manager on a full time, permanent basis.


Duties:


  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or movement of goods within the department.
  • Process warehouse stock products
  • Inventory Controls and keep quality standards high.
  • Participate in 6S activities in the warehouse and on the grounds, ensuring a system of continuous improvement
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment
  • Quality checking products coming in and out.
  • Recondition products to a high standard specification.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Inspect and process returned products in line with the company standards/protocol.
  • Ordering spare parts

Requirements:


  • Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment.
  • FLT Licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of customer deliverables
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed.
