Customer Service Advisor

Salary:
£22,000


Hours:
Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 6pm


Our client is searching for a passionate and talented customer focused individual who will engage with customers while providing excellent support for their outstanding utility company.

They are looking for someone who enjoys delivering high quality customer service with a 'can do' attitude.


Duties:


  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries effectively while providing advice and support.
  • Supporting customers who may be in financial hardship and require specialist services.
  • Helping to manage customer accounts.
  • Proactive and positive
  • Hardworking will go above and beyond for the customer
