    Description

    To Operationally support the Operations Manager, manage the in-take and despatch of files and other items to our quality standards and SLA's.

    You will co-ordinate the daily operational activities to meet business as usual requirements and deadlines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the operational work processes through supervision of staff and delegation of tasks
  • Compile weekly KPI's and Customer reports in line with Management Process
  • Use of the O'Neil's Records Management System
  • Schedule workload of team members
  • Report any I.T. issues to the helpdesk and advise Operations Manager to therefore ensure the smooth running of operation
  • Carry out all housekeeping activities as required ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standard
  • Train new recruits and temporary staff in all relevant procedures
  • Actively seek to improve the working procedures & environment
  • Ensure that all security procedures are adhered to at all times
  • ABOUT YOU

  • In-depth knowledge of O'Neil's management system
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience of leading and developing a team
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.
