Employment Law Partner RoleTop Quality Employment Law WorkCity BoutiqueHigh Net Worth WorkLegal 500 Ranked TeamExciting opportunity for an Advanced and Highly skilled Employment Solicitor to join a close-knit, Legal 500 ranked team in London at Partner Level.

The role will suit either an established partner or a senior associate looking to take the step up for partnership.

My client is recognised as a leader in the field of employment law in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners; specialising in discrimination, whistleblowing and misconduct inside the work place, partnerships, LLPs and academic institutions.

Sometimes the caseload will include financial misconduct issues as well so a largely litigious background is highly preferred.
This role will see you represent Senior Executives, companies, and other institutions in complex, high-value, and legally significant cases.

This role is to redistribute the work at high level away from the current partner who would like to concentrate more on business development and firm management.

You will join a team that advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters, represent at mediations, and run litigation both in the High Court and employment tribunals, from the pre-litigation stage through to the final conclusion.

My client is looking to bring on a competent Lawyer who is ready for a high-quality caseload which they can manage independently; The ideal candidate will have:· Circa 10+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law;· Experience with Senior Executive, and respondent matters· Experience with both contentious and non-contentious work;· Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England & Wales.· Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills.

In addition to the high-profile work, the culture that my client promotes is one of a healthy work-life balance, which is reflected in their flexible work-from-home policy and target hours.
