Estimator - Mechanical & Electrical

Salary - £70k

Location - Dartford


A leading building management company based in Dartford are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator with experience in estimating Mechanical and Electrical works.

You will be estimating works for both existing and new clients with value of up to £5M.


Duties

  • Estimating of all works for both new and existing clients
  • Carrying out Site Surveys
  • Preparing all project related estimates by gathering details, drawings and specifications
  • Managing deadlines and carrying out estimates in a competent and organised way
  • Use of Amtech software
  • Able to evaluate and highlight any risk before agreeing to proceed

Skills Required:


  • Experience of estimating works within Mechanical and Electrical
  • Ability to estimate projects up to £5M
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • Good time management skills
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an Estimator
