Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location:
London, UK (2/3 days per week in office)

Type: 6-Month Contract

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Financial Services business based in London, backed by a prominent Private Equity firm.

Following a recent successful primary buyout, we are seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of our business.

Collaborating closely with the CFO and Private Equity stakeholders to formulate the future strategic plan for the business.
Providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations based on data findings from the dataroom, enabling informed decision-making.
Leading financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Developing and maintaining robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth plans.
Participating in board meetings, presenting financial insights, and effectively communicating complex information to key stakeholders.
Proven experience in a similar FP&A leadership role within the Financial Services sector.
Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to present findings to board members and Private Equity partners.
