    Administrative Assistant

    Contract: Essex Highways

    Location: Chelmsford

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Ringway Jacobs seeks a dynamic individual to join our Structures team as an Administrative Assistant in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Structures Project Management Team, ensuring the seamless execution of projects with meticulous financial and budgetary oversight.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting public communications, facilitating internal coordination, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.     The Role


    •Assist the Project Management team with the delivery of structures task orders.

    •Assist with the resource schedule and team workload.

    •Assist in the control of project resource costings.

    •Update project programmes.

    •Assist the Project Management Team to ensure the relevant KPIs are met though monitoring and reporting.

    •Maintain project documentation, filing, attend meetings and take notes as applicable

    About You


    •Ideally hold either Foundation APM or equivalent qualification, or reasonable experience in an Assistant role with an understanding of Project Management.

    •A reasonable level of administration experience.

    •Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    •Ability to prioritise own work to support business priorities. Manages own performance and seeks feedback to improve where identified.

    •Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
