    We're embarking on an ambitious new data transformation project, building a new data platform from the ground up using the latest technologies in Azure Cloud SQL, DBT, and Power BI.


    Reporting to Jack our BI Manager, you'll become a key member of our BI team with a business-critical aim: to develop new data infrastructures, ensuring precise data validation and model accuracy, and integrating them into Power BI.

    Design, construct, and document robust data models using Azure Cloud SQL and DBT to enhance our BI capabilities


    • Collaborate with BI Analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure data structures align with business logic
    • Define and calculate key business metrics, ensuring accuracy and representation within our new data platform
    • Engage with senior management to establish and track performance metrics that drive business goals
    • Develop and implement data validation and testing strategies to maintain data model accuracy and quality
    • Empower business users through precise documentation and training on data models and analytics utilisation
    Proficiency in advanced SQL, with experience in data modelling and database design


    • Experience with Azure Cloud SQL, DBT, and Power BI is highly desired
    • Familiarity with the Azure data ecosystem and cloud-based analytics solutions
    This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility in terms of location.

    The role can be based from various locations, including Yorkshire, the North East, the North West, and the Midlands, with the need to attend the Leeds or Harrogate office for team meetings every few months.

    Full-time (35 Hours, Monday - Friday) with flexibility to accommodate diverse lifestyles and responsibilities.
