Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a

Digital

Content and Engagement Lead to join our Digital team based at our Gatwick office. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this newly created role will have the scope to be the voice of the world's largest food and drink manufacturer with some of the worlds most loved and trusted Supplement and Medical Nutrition brands, think Solgar, Nature's Bounty, Vital Proteins, Minami and more You'd be working in our amazing team that's always looking to drive best in class Digital campaigns.


A day in the life of a Digital Content and Engagement Lead


Ultimately, you will be responsible for transforming our strategic approach to Content through inspiring Omnichannel engagement across the portfolio of Vitamins/ Minerals/ Health Supplements, Consumer Care and Medical Nutrition (VMHS, CC and MN) brands.

Focused on delivering world-class engagement across communication channels you will have a key strategic role in driving overall business and brand strategies and in taking our brands and products to wider audiences.


Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Lead a high performing Social and Influencer team (internal and external i.e. Agency) to deliver against brand audience and compelling communication strategies.
  • Lead NHSc CRM Strategy through acquisition, engagement and advocacy programmes delivering scaled, connected and personalised experiences. Support the CRM Manager in development and implementation of CRM Strategy across NHSc (VMHS, CC and MN), considering specificities of portfolio, brand and channels (i.e. B2C, B2B, D2HCP).
  • Lead NHSc Social Engagement Strategy across platforms to reach new and engaged with audiences at scale. Support the Social and Influencer Manager in development and execution of Social Engagement Strategy across NHSc (VMHS, CC and MN), as aligned with category ambition, brand growth and communication strategies.
  • Create and implement an overarching NHSc strategic vision for Content and Engagement for Consumers and HCPs to build deeper engagement across online platforms and services and promote vision across the business.
  • Lead team to support and deliver bestinclass Content and Engagement across Digital Brand campaigns (i.e. Social (Paid and Organic), Influencer, Digital Media, Website etc)
  • Champion the pivotal role and importance of User Experience and Journeys and their interconnectivity across the NHSc Digital ecosystem (specifically in the areas of Search, Social distribution, CRM and websites) and lead interventions to drive improvements to target key audiences through clear priorities and Roadmap.
  • Lead a Content Editorial Strategy and Process across the business, defining the Editorial Calendar, leading content audit and creation and building on interconnectivity across Channels (i.e. Search, Social, Communities, CRM, Website etc) to bring strength of messaging, performance and efficiency.
  • Build a strong network of Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and identify opportunities to leverage and optimise performance within Content.
  • Implement consistent approach to Content and Engagement impact scoring/ reporting, measurement framework and processes to ensure visibility of results across Channels (i.e. Social, PR and Influencer marketing activities) and develop agile and systematic approach to coursecorrection and quality improvement.
  • In pursuit of continuous improvement, lead a proactive Test and Learn agenda alongside internal Teams and with external Agency partnerships, focused on evaluation and in fully embedding learnings in future campaigns and activities.
  • Consistently demonstrate thought leadership of the Content landscape within the context of the full online and offline ecosystem demonstrating best practices, business excellence and thought leadership on new technologies/ approaches (i.e. test and learn). Including the analysis of cultural, community, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content.
  • Build a strong network of Agency and Service Partners (internal and external) and lead crossagency relationships to support wider teams with the delivery of Content, Engagement and Experiences and collaborate across the Digital support matrix (ECM and Global) and NiM (MARCOMMS and Procurement).

What will make you successful
We are looking for a Digital professional, ideally qualified to degree level (or equivalent).

You'll have extensive and proven experience in within the Digital ecosystem whether that be within an agency or in-house and be able to demonstrate successful communication and engagement strategies across Digital Channels.
