Role Summary:


Core Responsibilities:


  • Assembling large quantities of Aerospace components by company instructions and procedures
  • Follow working instructions and able to read/interpret drawings and work to tight tolerances
  • Demonstrates all safety and quality policies and procedures
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Operate within all Meggitt, Health, and Safety at work Regulations.
  • Attendance of start of shift meeting with the team to understand the team's targets, any key issues/problems, and any other communications (e.g. visits, health & safety issues, etc.)
  • Detects and escalates any issues to team leaders promptly

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:


  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills

  • Wellorganized, detailoriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with mínimal supervision, to meet deadlines
