About the role


Reporting to the Web Support Supervisor, this position's primary purpose is to deliver outstanding customer service to consumers to exceed expectations and uphold Osprey's reputation and to assist the department in ensuring that every customer experienceis memorable and 'best in class'.


What you'll do in the role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to consumers
  • Log stats for customer enquiries
  • Provide guidance on Osprey products
  • Help build Osprey's online reputation and brand credibility by encouraging customers to leave reviews
  • Liaise with the warehouses to support dispatch process
  • Liaise with couriers and consumers regarding delivery issues
  • Review the saletodelivery process to ensure that it is always optimized
  • Manage the returns process, including liaising with the Finance department to ensure returns are processed correctly
  • Identify repeat enquiry types and work with Web Team to encourage selfhelp on website by introducing new FAQs and other process changes
  • Assist the wider Web team with merchandising tasks
  • Ensure that every customer experience is memorable and classleading
  • Review processes and improve the delivery of customer servicerelated content
  • Managing website reviews
  • Supporting colleagues with upskilling/cross training when required

  • Order processing experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fastgrowing brands

Nice to have:

  • Sage200 / Magento or other CRM systems experience
  • Interest and understanding of outdoor gear and users
