Position: Bid Manager
This is a fantastic permanent role that includes a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus uncapped commission and extra benefits. The role offers a hybrid working setup where you will predominantly work on-site, requiring 4 days in the office per week and allowing the flexibility to work from home on the remaining day.
As part of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Bid Management. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of around 5 individuals and focusing on acquiring new business opportunities from clients across both the Private and Public Sector markets.
Your duties will involve overseeing project timelines, managing multiple bid productions, ensuring top-notch quality, and coordinating Bid Writers to efficiently complete and submit bids. Additionally, you will assess and provide feedback on ITT responses, contribute to Bid/No Bid decision-making processes, and craft and deliver presentations as needed.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in team performance management, implementing training initiatives to continuously enhance the skills of team members.
