My client, a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Finance Program Manager to work on a large reconciliations program.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of operations, strong commercial awareness, and exceptional communication skills.
6 month contract
Day rate Inside IR35 PAYE or Umbrella Options
Based in Canary Wharf -3 days per week in the office.
Ensure creation and signoff of program plans, stakeholder management plans, and acceptance plans.
Monitor program risks and escalate to the Program Director or Program Sponsor when necessary.
Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
~ Experience within Operations and Reconciliations experience.
~ Investment Banking/Financial Services essential.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
