- Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of specialists, providing clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Take ownership of contractual governance, leveraging expertise in contract law, terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Develop and maintain risk management tracking and methodology for the Supply Chain sub-function.
- Establish and maintain Supply Chain governance and reporting for risk and compliance agenda.
- Represent Supply Chain sub-functions in external relationships with MoD, government bodies, and regulators.
- Lead and support internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and resolution of findings.
- Utilise spend analytics to provide actionable insights, shaping future demand and procurement decisions.
- Design and deliver best practice reporting of procurement activity improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with category management and business analysts to define standard metrics and KPIs.

- Proven experience in process implementation and standardizing supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement and working closely with transformation teams.
- Knowledge of PCR 2015 is advantageous.
- Experience in writing process guides and providing standard/bespoke business reports.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working across departments.
- Previous procurement supply chain experience is highly desirable.
