    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual whose key role will be to plan and deliver an innovative programme of education, working towards the trust wide implementation of new electronic systems.

    All successful candidates will be given full system training to an expert level. Following initial inductions and training, the role will involve:

  • Delivering training around safe prescribing and administration of medications, alongside pharmacy checking and dispensing processes, all driven by the ePMA system Better Meds.
  • Support integration of electronic record keeping, Miya Noting, to provide clinicians with direct access to patient records.
  • Delivering training and supporting staff with the further development of patientrack
  • Support integration of Miya Flow, to proactively manage patient stays with access to real-time patient and clinical information.
  • Support further EPR solutions as introduced.
  • Main duties of the job

    We are seeking an individual who has proven teaching skills, is willing to work alongside healthcare staff in the clinical areas and has the ability to develop practice. The successful post holder will be ready for the challenge of working in a wide variety of clinical areas across the entire organisation.

    Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

    Note this role includes shift working, bank holidays and weekends on a rota system
