Account Manager

Cheltenham

£25,000 + bonus


My fast-paced and thriving client based in Cheltenham is looking for an Account Manager to join their busy and growing commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to identify opportunities to grow the business from a pool of key accounts. My client offersgreat earning potential, fantastic working environment, and career progression.


Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Maintaining and growing relationships
  • Resolving complex queries with clients and suppliers
  • Analyse and address issues, implementing measures to ensure clients' demands are met

Requirements:


  • Previous account management experience is essential
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience with client management and upselling
  • Confident working to targets
  • A proven trackrecord or delivering results in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
