    HAIL Partners is currently working with a boutique, prestigious Investment Management firm who are seeking a HR Manager in a standalone capacity. This is an exciting, newly created role within the firm that will be designing and delivering the HR strategy. The responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting on the full employee life cycle
    • Develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent in the industry.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
    • Ownership of the HRIS and making improvements where required
    • Handling all ER queries
    • Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide insights on workforce planning and talent management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • Proven experience working in a HR generalist capacity within financial services
    • Strong user of BambooHR, or other equivalent HRIS
    • Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Ability to prioritise and work independently
    • Good knowledge of UK employment law

    The firm offers hybrid working (4/1) and is based in the West End.
