Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated team leader to join our Pre-Kindergarten team. As our team leader, you will spend your days teaching children 18 months to 3 years and leading a team of five kaiako. This is a full-time position, working 8.5 hours per day Mon to Fri.
It is important that our team leaders come with passion and innovation, they are professional and will serve as a role model for best practice, embodying our philosophy and play-based teaching and learning approaches.
This position will suit someone who has experience working alongside a collaborative team, has leadership dispositions and dedicated to fostering an inclusive, mana enhancing environment where everyone knows they have a place and their voices are heard.
What we offer:
