Senior, digital-first marketer with experience in theatre or live entertainment required for a 12 month maternity cover.

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a Covent Garden based entertainment company with six venues across across London, including some of the biggest shows, at some of the most iconic theatres in the West End.


THE ROLE:

The Head of Marketing will lead on the delivery and execution of innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns which drive brand awareness, engagement and ticket sales.


You will:

  • Manage a team of marketers to drive best in class activity
  • Create and implement marketing plans which drive ticket sales and spend per head. This will cover CRM, paid media, social, content, website, invenue media, promotions and proximity marketing
  • Take the lead on devising (and revising) customer journeys and deliver a data acquisition strategy
  • Ensure both you and your direct reports are building strong relationships with producers, promoters, agencies, and commercial partners
  • Work with clients to align on key strategies and confidently make recommendations
  • Analyse daily sales to recommend and set pricing strategies and maximise revenue
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with annual budget planning and oversee the management of the annual departmental budget

YOU:

To be considered for this Head of Marketing role you must have a passion for theatre and live entertainment and ideally have experience in the sector.


You will also demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing management role
  • Strong experience in the management and delivery of high performing, innovative marketing campaigns
  • A proven track record of managing marketing teams, preferably in a venue, agency or ticketing context
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally to drive customer first executions
This is a 12 month maternity cover contract, ideally to start in December 2023.
