My client are a prestigious global brand. They are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
- Direct customers to correct destinations, issue visitor passes where required
- Work closely with facilities team
- Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
- Representing the company maintaining a positive brand image
- Previous reception experience within a professional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
