Temporary Legal Receptionist

Salary:
£13.15 per hour

Hours:

Shifts between
Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)

Please note a clear and current DBS will be necessary for this booking along with additional vetting checks

Welcoming and greeting visitors upon arrival.
-
Answering incoming calls ensuring that they are transferred to the appropriate person or department.

Handling requests for
meeting and conference room bookings.
Some administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
Providing
outstanding customer service to all clients and visitors.

Ideally you will have:

A confident approach to work. A positive cando attitude is essential.

Experience in working in a similar role within the legal industry.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Worked with workspace booking software previously.
