With over 25 years of industry expertise in FMCG, we specialise in middle to board level appointments across all FMCG sectors.

We have a proven track record of handling major assignments on behalf of leading global FMCG businesses and SMEs. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as new client & candidate recruitment, interviewing, and lead generation.

This role will be based in Doncaster but will offer flexibility for some remote work. Our team work 2-3 days in the office, hold client meetings and regularly meet candidates on and off site.

Experience in FMCG (other sectors will be considered) recruitment and consulting with a strong understanding of the recruitment process
Proven experience in recruitment
Experience in FMCG recruitment is a plus
