    Description

    Marks Sattin are working in exclusive partnership with a Private Equity backed SaaS business based in Bristol to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis, a newly scoped role due to high growth This is a hands on and fast paced role, working closely with the Managing Director, CFO and group functions to drive performance, profitability and all things financial control. You will be analysing data, pricing, performance and reporting.

    The Finance Business Partner position will be paying between £55,000 and £60,000 per annum alongside 10% bonus and excellent benefits. A progressive role with great career opportunities

    The Finance Business Partner Role

    In this fast paced and high growth business unit boasting impressive YoY growth and performance, you will join the team to provide sound financial guidance and support to non-finance leaders within operations, sales and general management. This role will be supported by the wider group functions including management accounts production, providing the Finance Business Partner the autonomy to drive performance, profitability and maintain/exceed an already successful sales performance to date.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators
    • Detailed sales and pricing analysis, keeping abreast of a competitive market
    • Attend board meetings as the finance representative, presenting and telling the story behind the numbers
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting requirements for the business unit
    • Ensure robust financial controls with support from group
    • Work closely with MD and other senior stakeholders to monitor and provide suggestions/guidance on performance
    • Provide insight to key strategic initiatives from a finance perspective

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
    • Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
    • Ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders at a senior level
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
    • Ability to manipulate large data sets and provide in depth analysis/insight
    • Evidenced business partnering capabilities
