The People Data Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that St John Ambulance people systems are maintained to a high standard and that enhancements and developments are implemented to add value to business units as well as providing technical supportto ATS (REACH) and People Data systems (MyData).


The post holder will also ensure that data integrity for all St John People (both Volunteers and Employees) is at a high standard across all people systems, as well as, providing analysis and reporting to support initiatives and insight such as supportingrecruitment and providing MI to all stakeholders including Executive Committee and Executive Leadership Team.

About You:

  • Experience of working with an Application Tracking System where you have been responsible for creating reports and implementing largescale changes.
  • Experience of maintaining a high standard of data quality as well as manipulating large amounts of data to create impactful reports.
  • Experience of creating reports using Crystal Reports
  • Experience as a superuser of People Data Systems will also be advantageous.
  • Experience of data analysis reporting

About The Role:

  • Develop, improve and maintain the People Data system to support and enhance user experience, implementing service and system improvements where possible.
  • Analyse and interpret people data for the organisation nationally to produce regular complex reports with commentary to enable the improvement of our people management processes.
  • Accurately maintain, collate and prepare data information for regular reporting of people data for SJA
  • Act as a superuser for People & Recruitment systems by configuring the system to reflect changes to the organisation structure, its people and functionality for all users.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on People Data systems and processes across the business, engaging in project boards as required, representing both Data & Systems Team and My Support Service.
  • Maintain and develop the ATS system, resolving technical queries inhouse with escalations to the system supplier as needed and generating/analysing reports to ensure the system is operating effectively.
