We're looking for an Asset Manager to work for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK based out of a static healthcare facility in Porton Down, Salisbury.

As a Asset Manager, you will responsible for ensuring asset information is present, correct and up to date on the computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Reviews and collates all documentation for servicing and critical spares and maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results or completed work.
Job Responsibilities for an Asset Manager:
Liaising closely with project team to identify assets to be onboarded and ensure all information is present.
Check with sites Logistics Manager weekly to assess assets that require on boarding.
Provide details to EEF Managers to locate assets - whether on site, in stores or awaiting delivery.
Liaise with lab users if items have been delivered without data recording and labelling.
Identify and record serial numbers, model numbers, PAT Number, Oracle requisition and PO numbers and ensure Maximo match the information.
The provision of reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to the Equipment Support Manager & Operations Manager.
Control and maintain the equipment numbering system and the issue of Equipment/Asset Labels.
