Our client is a manufacturer of lithium chemicals experiencing fast growth.

We are working with them to find an experienced manufacturing Process Engineer.
The role of Process Engineer is responsible for conducting research to develop new and improved processes which will include designing and planning layout of equipment, monitoring the process performance throughout production, troubleshooting productionproblems and proposing and delivering initiative solutions.
You will also lead on the writing and/or up-dating of the Standard Operating Procedure for any new processes that are implemented along with the training and up-skilling of MachinalFitters and Production employees.
Educated to Degree level in Chemical/Process Engineering or a similar science/engineering discipline with chemistry knowledge and experience of working within mechanical engineering.
Recent experience in a similar role.
Must have a good understanding of World Class Engineering and Lean principles
Experience of managing teams in an industrial environment whilst working to strict safety and quality standards
Self-motivated, flexible, well organised and possessing analytical skills.
Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD or another design software package.
Always questioning things with a continuous improvement mindset.
