- Provide financial reports, high-quality financial analysis, and valuable commentaries to the senior leadership.
- Oversee the creation of monthly management accounts, and assist in drafting budgets, forecasts, and audits.
- Deliver monthly reports to the Board of Directors.
- Support the leadership with day-to-day operational inquiries.
- Monitor and report on project profitability.
- Offer on-demand financial analysis and guidance to aid decision-making and track financial performance.
- Supervise cost control and inventory management.
- Handle government documentation and surveys as needed.
- Manage cash flow and strategy.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulatory obligations.
- Supervise the in-house finance team.
- Lead the annual audit for the company and its affiliated entities.
- Consolidate monthly and yearly accounts.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a finance role.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Experience in team management and collaborating with various business departments.
- Prior familiarity with Sage 200.
- Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent background.
