We have a fantastic opportunity to join our knowledgeable and dedicated Tailor-made Sales Team as a Tailor-made Cruise Specialist.

As a part of the Tailor-made Team you will be a brand ambassador and a cruise and destination expert.

Not only will you be finding our customers their ultimate cruise holiday but you will be taking full ownership of their journey from first contact to after sales care until their return from their dream holiday.

You will manage all customer interactions and provide a best in class service.

Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Tailormade / specialist cruise consultant required,
Effective persuasiveness, influence and negotiation skills,
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment,
Strong verbal, written and listening skills,
Passionate about your customers and target driven.
