Job Overview
Woodcote High School is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Principal: Teaching & Learning & Classroom Culture to join our team.

What does the role involve?
As the Teaching & Learning & Classroom Culture Assistant Principal, you will make a significant contribution to the Senior Leadership Team by leading the continuous development of outstanding teaching and learning and implementation of the behaviour for learning policy in classrooms, across the school. As well as building on the high quality of classroom practice to secure excellent learning habits amongst our students, you will also be responsible for wider professional development and improving the performance of staff in these areas.
