They aim to provide a truly consultive approach to sales, forminglong-term relationships with clients.

You would work with the top 0.5% of the UK's strategic analytical graduates placing them into prestigious graduate schemes in investment banking and consultancy
- with salaries of up to £65k.

What is needed from you as a Recruitment Consultant?

Have sales or recruitment experience (at least 6 months)
OR University Degree 2:1 or higher
Proven sales ability (have you up sold on a bar? Did you sell sweets out your locker?)
Highly motivated and financially driven
Commercial awareness
Competitive, determined and resilient
Excellent communication skills

- £24,000 basic salary, with uncapped commission

What will you be doing on a daily basis as a Recruitment Consultant?
Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant.

On a day to day basis you will be doing the following:

Writing adverts
Negotiating terms of business and maintaining successful client relationships
Hitting and exceeding set targets
Earning commission and celebrating your success each month
