We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated team player to join our welcoming, experienced, and proactive multi-disciplinary Adults Review Team in Social Services.

Working in line with the Care Act 2014 in the role of Social Care Assessor, flexing into a hybrid role with elements of Occupational Therapy Assessor as needed and when skills are of a suitable level.


You will require a thirst to learn about the up-to-date available services in the community such as voluntary agencies and charitable services.

Support will be given to expand on your community knowledge; some prior knowledge is desirable.

This is an 18.5 hours per week post at grade 7 with progression through that grade.
