As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will:Drive occupancy by effectively marketing the home
Foster continuous improvement within your team
Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safety
