Reward Specialist on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. This position sits within the Reward and Resourcing team. We are flexible on the location of this role as we operate a 'digital-first' approach to working.
The Job
Reporting to the Head of Reward and Resourcing, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Lead key reward projects throughout the duration of the contract
- Support the annual pay review ensuring that all aspects of the process, including external market benchmarking, relevant data analysis, and employee communications are undertaken effectively and delivered to annual timelines
- Manage the global benefit offering ensuring that research, analysis and employee communication is undertaken in a timely manner. Work with 3_rd_ party providers to scope out any new benefits or benefit changes globally
- Lead on the planning and delivery of a number of compensation and benefits activities (e.g. flexible benefits, variable pay) working with colleagues from across the organisation to ensuing successful delivery and embedding of initiatives
- Manage relationships throughout the organisation in order ensure reward engagement with internal stakeholders, acting as a specialist advisor and a champion of the benefits and reward package available to ACCA employees. Provide support and advice to HRBPs and other HR Colleagues on rewardrelated matters
- Engage with a range of 3rd party providers (specialist consultancies, benefits providers, salary survey providers etc.), managing the customer relationship and negotiating the best outcomes for ACCA.
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
- Experience and understanding across the full reward agenda including compensation, job evaluation, benefits and pensions
- Research and advanced analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive working style coupled with good communication skills
- Utilise advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset to perform technical analysis and modelling
- Confidently liaise with a variety of stakeholders to communicate reward information
- Work within a busy, global environment and balance priorities effectively
- Manage and contribute to larger scale reward projects such as a global benefit review.
