Senior Financial Accountant - Reading - Up to £50,000

The Company:

This multinational client, based in Reading, are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant due to their continued growth throughout the past few years.

This Senior Financial Accountant will work in a small and close-knit team based in the office and whilst theUK Entity is the focus, will be involved in supporting the filing of the company's international accounts.

The Role:

Production of monthly general ledger journal
Production of intercompany monthly cross charges
Review and input of monthly subsidiary results
Process and reconcile monthly interest for UK and Subsidiaries
Provide variance analysis for the finance Leadership Teams
Use SQL queries to produce of reports
Produce monthly performance data for use by the leadership teams
Process and systems improvements
Ensure compliance with SOX and local requirements
Part-Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or Qualified by Experience
US GAAP Experience is desirable
Strong interpersonal skills, and both written and verbal communication skills
Excellent user of Excel
High attention to detail
An eagerness to learn
Demonstrable experience of continuous process improvement
