Job Purpose:


As a Crisis Management Team Leader, you will develop and underwrite a book of Product Recall Business within TMHCC's Crisis Management Team.

You will work closely with the head of Crisis Management and your underwriting colleagues to develop a London Market focused book.

Key Responsibilities:You will have responsibility for new business development, underwriting both renewal and new business accounts, building broker relationships and engagement within a broader global crisis management team.

This role offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.


Skills and Experience Specification:


Essential:


  • In depth knowledge of the Crisis Management market
  • People management experience
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • High level of technical underwriting knowledge
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as part of the role
