    The Role / Responsibilities:

    This is a fantastic opportunity to define the strategy and lead on the end-to-end delivery of one of our team's roadmap. As we scale, the need of new apps and integrations will scale too. The Appstore team is responsible for building the tools that allow other Moody's teams and external partners to deliver their data and technology through Passfort. The team is fundamental to our long-term strategy and sits at the core to how we bring Passfort and multiple Moody's products together.

    As an Associate Director – Product manager at Passfort, you will lead product managers in your team, setting strategies and orchestrating the holistic delivery of your roadmap. In this influential position within the product group, you will steer the discovery and delivery processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to address customer needs and translate challenges into innovative product opportunities. Your role involves shaping and executing prioritized roadmaps, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and being the primary advocate for Passfort with internal teams and customers. As a manager, you will provide guidance and support to the product managers, fostering a collaborative team culture.

    Strategy:


    • Work with Head of Product and other product leaders to identify areas of focus and devise Passfort's strategy.


    • Work with Head of Product to define a vision and long-term ambition for your team's remit.


    • Present your team's strategy to Passfort's leadership and senior KYC stakeholders.

    Discovery:


    • Collaborate closely with the product managers to help as they work to uncover customer pain points and translate them into actionable product opportunities for your cross-functional teams.


    • Engage with customers and prospects to gain insights into their needs and challenges.


    • Identify and validate opportunities aligned with Passfort's and the wider KYC unit's vision and strategy.


    • Support your product managers as they develop and own the short-term vision and strategy for their teams


    • Work hand-in-hand with UX designers and engineering leads to refine and iterate on solutions.

    Delivery:


    • Lead the translation of identified opportunities into tangible implementations.


    • Support the shaping and executing of prioritized roadmaps for your teams.


    • Effectively communicate the strategy behind the roadmaps to both internal teams and customers.


    • Facilitate continuous communication across teams to track progress, reassess priorities, resolve issues, and ensure efficient delivery.


    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving collaborative conversations and gaining buy-in from all parties.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for Passfort with customers and internal teams.


    • Work alongside UX and engineering leads to prioritise projects and ensure alignment to Passfort's objectives.

    Mentoring and team management:


    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to your team, helping them develop their skills, navigate challenges, and achieve their professional goals.


    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture where learning and growth are prioritized.


    • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in product management and leadership whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement


    • Manage product managers in your team ensuring they have clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
